 West Jacksonville Restoration Center (WJRC) has been a beacon of hope and progress in the heart of Jacksonville's thriving westside community since 1998.  As a nonprofit organization, WJRC is committed to empowering struggling students through personalized education solutions and holistic support services designed to meet their unique academic, social, and emotional needs.

WJRC operates a Private Christian School that begins with Early Learning for children ages 6 months to 4 years and extends through K-12 education. The school was founded during the pandemic, beginning with just eight students facing significant academic challenges.

 

Today, WJRC has grown exponentially, serving 182 students and celebrating  every  achievement, to  include, receiving its Accreditation in 2024 to having a 98% college acceptance rate for graduates of its high school program.

Beyond academics, WJRC is  invested in the broader community, offering a wide array of impactful programs:

• Education Programs: Personalized learning solutions and academic interventions for students who need additional support to thrive.

• Summer Camps and Afterschool Programs: Engaging activities that promote academic enrichment, creativity, and social development.

• Vocational Training: Hands-on training programs, including partnerships with organizations serving the disabled population, to equip students and community members with job-ready skills.

• Family Support Programs: Resources and services designed to strengthen families and foster a supportive community environment.

• Community Events: The Black Marketplace 

Through its diverse initiatives, WJRC addresses critical educational and social needs while nurturing the spiritual, emotional, and intellectual growth of those it serves.
